1. General

1. 1.1. These terms of participation (hereinafter — «Terms») in Loyalty bonus program (hereinafter — «Program») determine the terms and procedure of participation in the Bonus program
2. 1.2. Program operates on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. 1.3. Program enters into force from 08.11.21 15.00 hours (Nur-Sultan) and remains in force until 28.02.21 18.00 hours (Nur-Sultan).

Program can be changed by the Organizer unilaterally, without notifying the Participants.

Program can be extended by the Organizer, however while extending the Program the Organizer can change the Terms of the Program.

2. Terms and definitions

(hereinafter — Program) — program of the Organizer directed on forming and increasing activity of the Participants in receiving the services provided by the Organizer.

Offer — public offer of the Organizer, offered to Participant for participation in Program.

Acceptance — a consent of Participant to participate in Program, formed in special window on the official website of the Organizer.

Bonus points — points deposited/withdrawn on/from an Account of Participant in accordance with the Program. Bonuses can be used in accordance with the Program.

Participant — an individual who has reached the age of twenty-one, a participant in gambling with the bookmaker, registered on the official website of the Organizer, taking part in betting and concluding a risk-based winning agreement with the Organizer, who has agreed to participate in the Program.

Outcome — result of the event indicated in the betting line.

Account — account of Participant which displays the balance remaining after placing bets and getting winnings.

My Account — an individual section of Participant on the official website of the Organizer with information about account balance, bonus points amount, operations.

Depositing of bonus points — an operation related to Participant performing actions on the official website of the Organizer, as a result of which bonus points are awarded.

Organizer — Program organizer — «NetBet» Ltd.

Canceled bet — a bet, for which the wager was canceled by the Organizer.

Official website — website of the Organizer in Internet located at olimpbet.kz

Withdrawal of bonus points — an operation performed by the Participant in accordance with the terms of the Program.

Bet — funds, including electronic funds, transferred using electronic means of payment to the Organizer.

3. Participation in Program

1. 3.1. Participation in the Program is voluntary. Program is carried out on the terms of a public offer, for persons over 21 years old.
2. 3.2. To take part in the Program a Participant should meet the following conditions of the Program.
3. 3.3. To deposit an account.
4. 3.4. To place a bet according to the Program conditions.

4. Depositing of bonus points. Settlement procedure.

1. 4.1. Every day, during the period of the Program, the Organizer in accordance with clause 4.4. of the Program credits to the Participants who have met the conditions of clause 4.2., Bonus points to the Cumulative Record Card.
2. 4.2. During the period of the Program the Participant should place an accumulator in the amount of at least 2000 tenge.
3. 4.3. Only bets settled as won on that day take part in the outrights of the day.
4. 4.4. At the end of each day, 10 Participants who placed accumulators with the highest odds, are awarded 500,000 bonus points, which will be distributed among ten Participants depends on the value of odds and is determined from higher to lower in the following order:
   • Participant who has taken first place — gets 150 000 bonus points;
   • Participant who has taken second place — gets 100 000 bonus points;
   • Participant who has taken third place — gets 75 000 bonus points;
   • Participant who has taken fourth place — gets 50 000 bonus points;
   • Participant who has taken fifth place — gets 40 000 bonus points;
   • Participant who has taken sixth place — gets 30 000 bonus points;
   • Participant who has taken seventh place — gets 20 000 bonus points;
   • Participant who has taken eighth place — gets 15 000 bonus points;
   • Participant who has taken ninth place — gets 10 000 bonus points;
   • Participant who has taken tenth place — gets 10 000 bonus points;
5. 4.5. Bonus points are calculated at the rate of 1 bonus point = 1 tenge.
6. 4.6. Depositing and using bonus points is possible only during the period of the Program, except for the cases provided for by the Program. Program can be extended by the Organizer.
7. 4.7. Bonus points deposited under the Program cannot be cashed out, transferred or assigned to another person or used in any other way, except in the manner provided by these Program Terms.
8. 4.8. Program does not include cash out bets/accumulators.

5. Using bonus points

1. 5.1. Bonus points can be used only in full, within 5 days from the date of deposit (for the entire amount of bonus points) when placing a bet on a single bet with odds greater than 2.0.
   If the bet is canceled/refunded for any reason, the bonus will be canceled.
2. 5.2. If a bet is won, only the amount equal to the credited bonus points amount is deposited in accordance with clause 4.3 of Bonuses Program where 1 bonus = 1 tenge.
3. 5.3. When depositing the game account in accordance with clause 5.2. of the Program, credited funds are used in accordance with the Bet Acceptance and Betting Terms & Conditions.

6. Obligations and responsibilities of the Participant

1. 6.1. In case of indicating false (inaccurate) information about himself, as well as in case of untimely change of outdated information, Participant independently bears the risk of any negative consequences.
2. 6.2. In case of reasonable suspicion of the Player that he intended to violate or violated these Terms, acting both independently and as part of a group of persons, the Organizer reserves the right to:
    — unconditional cancellation of bonus points on the Cumulative Record Card;
    — prohibition on participation of the Player in the bonus Programs of the Organizer;
    — blocking of the Player’s Personal Account.
3. 6.3. Participant is responsible for the safety of the password of his Account and prevention of unauthorized access of unauthorized persons to the management of his Account.

7. Obligations and responsibilities of the Organizer

1. 7.1. Organizer manages and develops the Program.
