1. General
1.1. The Organizer of the Program is “NetBet” Ltd, legal address: Republic of Kazakhstan, Almaty region, Kapshagay c., st. S. Seifullin, building 26/1. Address for correspondence: 050046, RK, Almaty, st. Satpayev, 64G, office 1. IIC KZ69914002203KZ0053Y, BIN 170140017744.
1.2. The Promo operates in accordance with these Rules and the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
1.3. The Promo enters into force from 12:00 01.06.2021 and remains in force until 15:00 18.07.2021 – by Nur-Sultan time.
1.4. The Promo is available on the Internet.
1.5. This Promo is not a lottery, it is not subject to the provisions of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 9, 2016 No. 495-V ЗРК "On lotteries and lottery activities".
1.6. The Promo is not intended to make a profit or other income and is conducted in accordance with these Rules. The entire prize fund of the promo is formed at the expense of the Organizer and is aimed at increasing interest in the activities of the Organizer of the promo.
2. Terms for participation in “Euro Drive” promo
2.1. Capable persons, citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan who have reached the age of 21, permanently residing in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, who have been registered at www.olimpbet.kz, are allowed to take part (hereinafter - “the Participant”) in the promo. To receive the prize, the Participant is obliged to make personal identification, in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2.2. All Participants who have placed a bet that meets the conditions of the promo during the period of the promo take part in the promo.
2.3. Participants who have placed bets on single or accumulator (live / pre-match) are allowed to the promo. The minimum total odds of a bet is 1.50. Tickets start accumulating from the moment the promo starts.
2.4. The minimum amount for a single or accumulator bet (live / pre-match) to take part in the promo is 2000 (two thousand) tenge. For every 2000 tenge in the bet amount, the Participant receives a ticket.
For example:
2.4.1. The participant places a bet on the event (odds is 1.5) in the amount of 2000 tenge. The bet was settled as won/lost. The participant receives 1 ticket.
2.4.2. The participant places a bet on the event (odds is 1.5) in the amount of 3000 tenge. The bet was settled as won/lost. The participant receives 1 ticket.
2.4.3. The participant places a bet on the event (odds is 1.5) in the amount of 4000 tenge. The bet was settled as won/lost. The participant receives 2 tickets.
Important: Bets on bonuses do not take part in the promo.
2.5. Single bets or accumulators (live/pre-match) that were not cancelled, cashed out or re-settled with odds 1.0 take part in promo. When calculating total odds of accumulator for taking part in promo, event odds settled as refund are not counted.
2.6. Bets on "Bets 24/7" ("Darts", "Bridge", "Draw NHL21", "Shootout NHL21") do not take part in promo.
2.7. Each bet (single or accumulator (live/pre-match) meeting the conditions of this promo, brings a ticket.
2.8. The amount of collected tickets, as well as their numbers are displayed at the personal account of the Participant on the promo page.
2.9. Table of the winners that displays the winners of each draw is located at the special page of the promo at the Organizer’s website.
2.10. Each week: 08.06.2021, 15.06.2021, 22.06.2021, 29.06.2021, 06.07.2021, 13.07.2021, 20.07.2021 weekly draws take place.
3. Format of weekly draws
3.1. Automobiles draw
Winners of the automobile draw will be determined on the dates specified in clause 2.9. of these Rules, via live streaming on www.olimpbet.kz as follows: balls in the amount of 10 pieces, numbered from 0 to 9, are put into a vase in the studio.
The Winner is determined by composing the ticket number from the drawn balls in a random order.
Filling in starts from the first number of the ticket number.
Ticket number consists of 9 numbers. A member of the promo commission mixes the balls in a vase, after which he takes out 1 (one) ball, chosen in random order. Selected number on the ball corresponds to the current filling number of the winning ticket number. To determine whether the register of tickets distributed among the participants contains a ticket that matches the winning combination of numbers, a member of the promo commission or another person, on behalf of a member of the promo commission, checks in the register of issued tickets the presence of a ticket number that matches the winning combination of numbers.
If there is no ticket in the register of issued tickets, matching the current winning combination, then the member of the promo commission does not put such a ball back into the vase. Next, the member of the promo commission mixes the remaining balls in the vase and takes out another ball. The procedure for determining the current number to be filled is repeated until the number on the ball creates the current winning combination that matches with at least one of the issued tickets. After finding such a match, all balls are put back in the vase and mixed.
Balls are pulled out until the only match of the winning combination with the base of issued tickets is determined.
Draw can be completed early if the next number on the ball is a combination of the ticket number, which has the only match in the register of tickets distributed among the participants, for example:

3.2. Draw of Apple devices and bonuses
Winners are determined by random selection of the ticket number from the pool of tickets issued during the draw period, determining the winners alternately.
Each week 10 winners are possible.

Prize will be given within 10 (Ten) business days, the bonus will be deposited to the Participant's account within 72 (Seventy two) hours from the moment the Leaders are determined for the weekly outright.
4. The Organizer of the promo is not responsible:
- for the Participant's failure to receive a notice of victory in the promo due to the Participant providing false information, including the Participant's address and (or) his contact phone number, e-mail address;
- for interruptions in the work of phone operators directly serving the Participants of the promo, for system failures and other technical problems of the Internet provider of the Participant of the promo;
- in the event of force majeure circumstances determined by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
5. Participation in the promo of individuals under the age of 21 is not allowed.
6. Participation in the promo is unacceptable if a single bet or accumulator (live /pre-match) is placed on one sporting event on several match outcomes in order to cover all possible match outcomes and obtain the largest number of tickets. Such actions will be considered by the Organizer unilaterally unlawful, the Participant will be excluded from the promo without retaining his place, which will be distributed among other participants, a possible prize will be distributed in accordance with the Rules.
7. To take part in the promo one Participant can use only one account. If multi accounting of one user is found, bets from such accounts will not be taken into account when summing up the results of the promo.
8. By taking part in the promo You automatically agree with the main terms and conditions of “Netbet” Ltd, as well as promo terms.
9. If the winner does not apply for the prize within 90 (Ninety) days, the Organizer has the right to dispose the prize at its own discretion.
10. Participants of the promo, and subsequently the winners of the main prizes - automobiles branded with the logo of the Organizer, by taking part in this promo, automatically agree and guarantee to conclude with the Organizer an Agreement on the free placement of advertising material - the logo of the Organizer, on the automobile, according to which they undertake not to dismantle the advertising material, as well as not to commit actions intentionally aimed at damaging/destroying the advertising material placed on the automobile within a period of 6 (Six) to 12 (Twelve) months from the date the automobile is received to the ownership. Specific terms of the Agreement on the free placement of advertising material, and the agreements of the Parties, are determined by such Agreement.
11. «NetBet» Ltd has the right to cancel or change the terms of this promo without providing reasons. Proper notification of the Participants of the promo about the presence of additions (changes) in these Rules is the placement of this information at www.olimpbet.kz.
12. In accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Organizer assumes the duties of a tax agent to pay all due taxes and other payments to the budget, if any, for the winners of the promo specified in these Rules. Payment of taxes and payments to the budget stipulated by the legislation is made for the winners by the Organizer at its own expense, without reimbursement of the payments amounts from the winners of the promo.
13. Procedure for processing personal data
13.1. The fact of performing the actions established by these Rules is the Participant's agreement to the processing of personal data provided by him during registration, as part of the promo, by the Organizer himself or by individuals involved by him in strict accordance with the purposes established by these Rules.
13.2. Purposes of personal data processing:
1) holding a promo in accordance with these Rules and current legislation;
2) fulfillment by the Organizer of the duties of a tax agent;
3) usage of data for sending sms messages, advertisements and correspondence from the Organizer or his authorized persons regarding this promo via electronic communication networks;
4) usage of initials (first names, patronymics, surnames), dates of birth, images, photo and video materials, as well as interviews and other materials about the winners for advertising and other commercial purposes, contributing to the promo of the goods on the market, which are advertised for the promo.
13.3. List of personal data provided by the Participant and processed by the Organizer or individuals involved by him is limited to the information entered by the Participant when registering on www.olimpbet.kz.
13.4. List of actions with the personal data provided by the Participants: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.
13.5. Cross-border transfer of personal data as part of the promo is not carried out, personal data is processed and stored on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
13.6. The Organizer of the promo processes the personal data of the Participants in strict accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
14. Other
All controversial situations regarding the rights to take part in this promo, and all issues related to the receipt of a prize, are resolved by the Organizer administration. This decision is binding and not subject to appeal by the Participants or any third party.
